I am pretty noobish but how do you access the terminal I connect to hdmi and see nothing tried through SSH like with retropie still not working for me. Thank you I hope they can answer your question soon as well

You have the Pi booting, so well done on that part. In theory, the SamplerBox is now working. You don't even have to log in for it to work, assuming two things:
There are samples available
You have a MIDI device connected...
