Added global volume parameter in definition.txt file:
Ex: %%volume=+3.5 will add +3.5dB
Minor modification about maximum polyphony handling, improved
Modified default volume for all soundcards: -10dB instead of -20dB
Improved boot sequence, monitor+keyboard login no more blocked if networking is not ready
