It is an interesting proposition because this forum is not very easy to use for that (you can't seach for similar issues for examples, no option to follow a particular topic).
But is github the most interesting for that?
I'm not a developper but interested in open-source resources. As far as I understand, github issues are on a commercial or closed system. If github change his policies, all issues can't be saved by anybody.
